As part of an advanced typography course I took in 2006, guest instructor Gerry Leonidas asked us to undertake a comprehensive redesign of the MIT Press catalogue, using his collection of design books as hypothetical source material.
I assumed the role of art director within our 3 person group, as we handled the layout, typography, and photography for the project. The end result was a bound mockup of the catalogue, including cover design, front matter, and 12 example spreads.
